After over 20 years in the skin care industry
we realized that one painfully sad mind-set seemed to pervade the industry-
especially in the MLM realm--- virtually no one delivered what they promised.
Products were diluted for the sake of making large profits at a "marketable
price". If products of true quality were to be designed, manufactured and
marketed- someone different would have to do it. Ergo Cosmeceuticals
International Inc. (CII) was formed.
Our goal from the conception was, is and will remain true to this concept:

Every single product we offer has been carefully, lovingly and clinically
designed, produced and tested before it is ever packaged and sent out. Making a
profit is critical to every business, but before God, it will never replace
integrity, the desire to be a source of blessing to all, the joy of harvesting
from the sowing of good seed and the imperative of a clear conscience before
Almighty God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Dusty Dean has been
involved in the skin care industry for over 30 years and in the formulation of
skin care products for over 25 years. She believes in using only clinically
proven pharmaceutical ingredients and is
 trained and experienced in the chemical
formulation of high quality skin care products. Dr. Dean continually upgrades
her product line as technology and manufacturing processes improve. In order to
insure immediate and longer lasting results all CII Skin Care products contain
active ingredients of higher quality and in greater percentages than are in any
known products. Simply put, CII means "integrity".
She has recently
released a powerful "Anti-Blemish" skin care system.
This is in addition to some of her latest formulations including Firm-A-Gan,
which provides an alternative to Botox and Collagen injections.
Other amazing
new products are "Thirty Minute Face Lift", "Thirty Second Eye Lift", and "Body
Firming Gel".
In 1997 Dusty decided
to put her expertise to work for herself. She designed the "Natural Botanical
Skin Care System" and formed Cosmeceuticals International, Inc. (CII) to be the
marketing vehicle for this line of outstanding, award winning skin care
products. In March of 1997 Dusty introduced CII and the "Natural Botanical Skin
Care System" to one of the world's largest international expositions of skin
care and beauty products held in Anaheim, CA. Her products were named the "Most
Innovative Products" and "Most Innovative Packaging" of the show.
CII products are
currently being sold in Europe, the Mediterranean, the Asia realm, Mexico,
Canada and throughout the Untied States.
Career Overview
- Assistant to the
President and Head Chemist for a skin care manufacturing company, where she
also researched, developed and taught a sixty hour Color Analysis School for
men and women from three continents
- International Vice
President of sales for a different, international skin care and Aloe juice
manufacturer
- In both
manufacturing companies, Dr. Dean produced skin care products, training
manuals and implemented training both domestically and internationally
- Designed products
for direct sales organization and implemented training for those
organizations.
- Formulated a skin
care system for Korea and trained people there as well as in Thailand and
Singapore
- PhD in Biochemistry
from the University of Honolulu
- Dusty has an
Associate Degree in Dermatology and is a licensed esthetician
- She has trained
students in micro derm-abrasion, acid peel and spider vein therapy
